The IUP block of PT Gemilang Gamping Indonesia covers an area of approximately 51.87 hectares and is located in Grabagan District, Tuban Regency, East Java Province. The project is developed as part of Minevesting Group’s strategy to expand its silica sand asset base in Java, supporting both regional and national industrial demand.
Silica sand is an industrial mineral that plays a critical role in various sectors, including glass manufacturing, construction, and general manufacturing. With steadily growing market demand, the PT Gemilang Gamping Indonesia IUP block is positioned as a medium- to long-term asset with sustainable value creation potential.
The project is planned and managed through a measured and professional approach, emphasizing regulatory compliance, resource optimization, and the application of good mining practices.
PT Gemilang Gamping Indonesia is currently in the exploration phase, which is scheduled to continue until 2027. During this phase, activities focus on the collection and evaluation of technical data to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the silica sand resource potential within the IUP area.
All exploration activities and permitting processes are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations. Upon the completion of exploration and fulfillment of all technical and regulatory requirements, the IUP block is planned to advance to the production stage.
This phased development approach is intended to establish a solid foundation for efficient, safe, and sustainable mining operations in subsequent project stages.
