PT Kuarsa Mineral Utama


PT Kuarsa Mineral Utama operates a silica sand mining concession located in Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province, covering an area of approximately 1,121 hectares. The concession is estimated to contain significant silica sand resources of around ±700 million tons, positioning the project as a large-scale and high-potential mining asset.

Silica sand is a strategic mineral that plays a critical role in various industrial sectors, including glass manufacturing, construction, electronics, and other downstream industries. With increasing demand driven by industrial development, the PT Kuarsa Mineral Utama project holds strong prospects for long-term growth and economic contribution.

Managed under Minevesting Asset Management, the project is developed through a structured and sustainable approach, emphasizing regulatory compliance, responsible resource utilization, and sound mining practices. The substantial resource potential also creates attractive opportunities for investment, strategic partnerships, and long-term value creation.

PT Kuarsa Mineral Utama is currently in the exploration phase, which is scheduled to continue through 2027. During this phase, the project focuses on advanced exploration activities aimed at refining geological data, assessing silica sand quality, and improving the accuracy of resource estimation.

All permits and licenses of PT Kuarsa Mineral Utama are officially registered in the Minerba One system of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), demonstrating full compliance with Indonesian mining regulations.

Upon completion and evaluation of advanced exploration data, Minevesting Asset Management will formulate a transition strategy toward the production phase, ensuring that the development process is efficient, environmentally responsible, and operationally sustainable.
